Empowering our next generation of leaders
Adaptive Equity
Leadership Institute
The Adaptive Equity Leadership Institute (AELI) is designed for emerging leaders who are interested in leading organizations and scaling their leadership skills in a healing-centered, engaging environment.
Adaptive Equity Leadership Institute (AELI) Model:
Our framework is an Adaptive Leadership framework. Our curriculum builds collaborative relationships & support among participants that fosters reflection and growth as leaders.
Adaptive Equity Leadership is the practice of mobilizing people to tackle tough, inequitable challenges and build the collective capacity to thrive. It focuses on the kinds of change required to interrupt systemic inequities and create conditions where individuals, teams, and communities, especially those historically marginalized, can flourish.
Adaptive Equity Leadership reframes leadership as a practice, not a position. Rather than equating leadership with authority, power, or influence, this approach understands leadership as a verb: the ongoing work of naming inequities, challenging entrenched norms, and experimenting with new ways of being and working together.
