This summit brings together community champions, elected leaders, and community to discuss and develop strategies for racial DEI opportunities. It involves sharing existing efforts and lessons learned, identifying challenges, centering BIPOC communities, and creating actionable strategies to address root causes. The ultimate goal is to achieve sustainable and accountable results in racial eqiuty initiatives.
